In this proposal research, I choose the sticking point to study the work ethics of an organization. Work ethics has a complete source of development in an organization and faces challenges in the organizations. The employee’s attitudes and attributes towards work in an organization refer them towards their work ethics. Ethics in the workplace is important to be a developed organization and it enables the management to treat all the workers equally and also make sure that the employees feel secure about their job and career. The perspective of an organization should be according to their employee’s point of view which makes an organization’s environment healthy and give satisfaction to the employees and management. Attitude, appearance, character, productivity, corporation, organizational skills, productivity, teamwork, and communication are the important work ethics that can also administrate by the management of an organization and they should perform specific tasks and duties to be enhanced the employees work ethics by the management. Work ethics deals with the hard work and the disciplines among other employees, try to form a habit which makes them focused, loyal, and motivated towards work in the organization by finishing their tasks on time. By this study, it is observed that the work ethics in an organization refers to the delicate positive skill which should be adopted by all the employees to be developed as a worker in future (Shaw, n.d.).
Home Fed Corporation is an organization that worked for the development in a real state by generating energetic, mixed-use master-planned communities for the people that helps the company to combine placemaking techniques and conservational stewardship. The home Fed Corporation was founded in 1988 and the headquarters in Carlsbad, California. Creative land planning, financial shrewdness, collaborative teamwork refers to the company to be succeeded by following these characteristics. Home Fed Corporation owns the portfolio which corporate successful projects in California along with the East Coast of Maine to Florida. Real estate is controlled by the experiences of the groups of an executive who worked in architecture, project entitlement, construction management, engineering, finance, and marketing is involved in the building of the company’s attributes. Also, Home Fed Corporation owns the subsidiary of Jefferies Financial Group, a differentiated financial services company that is involved in the banking investment and capital markets. And Jefferies also traded in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: JEF).
I choose this organization because as an employee trainee in the Home Fed Corporation and I also have seen both sides of the sticking points and also the developed generational differences which makes the difficult points of approaches. I think that work ethics can make a developed and healthy environment among all the employees of the organization. Home, Fed Corporation leads to the environment where all the employees are learning about the ethics and the attributes should be formalized then the workplace is organized. This company is now working on their employees and their characteristics to be noticed by their competitors and this all can be possible by the hard work and teamwork of the employees which offers their customers a good opinion related to the real estates. I believe that the company should start focusing on the work ethics of the employees by providing them conferences on equal rights of employees. And treatment of the employees in this company should be regularized the equal rights. To increase the knowledge related to the work ethics in the workplace, I observed that the company’s management should provide the freedom of communication which can be helpful in the formation of the employee’s attribute, attitudes, communication, hard work, and teamwork which is the most important factor in corresponding to the other relatable issues. Home Fed Corporation organizes to develop the organization’s better environment and recruit employees who are motivated which helps the organization a healthy environment. Home Fed Corporation also develops by fulfilling all generations which are transferred with the time to the employees to recognizes the nature of their company’s methodology, influence the employees to be active in work (Shaw, 2016).
