Introduction
               Mount Sinai hospital is a big organization that has been operating for a long period. It offers great services that are exemplary. Most people in New York opt to go to this hospital as it has good services. Since it has been operational for a long period. There is a need to ensure that they are highly guided and protected against any attacks and malicious activities. Therefore, it is good to note that since its operation, it had been able to set aside some equipment and bought new ones. It can be among the best ones, but it can also be the largest and the most famous and popular around that area.
Project Initiation
This project is to ensure that the project starts to solve certain activities that are vital to the community. It is a disaster to see that documents and other sensitive material are being altered and destroyed without the staff even noticing. Therefore, to recover such a disaster, it is important to set it as a form of a project so that recovery can be made in a certain procedure. In this phase, the identification of additional services and security needs to be established. Very old hospitals are easy to manipulate their data as they have a lot of equipment even from the past years that they stopped using and they never got rid of them. For example, old computers can be used to retrieve data and information from the hospital, and it can lead to a lot of problems. From the information, they will gain a lot of information and be able to trace information in the present. As they say in the organization, it is important to ensure that integrity, privacy, and confidentiality are maintained at all times. It can be difficult, but if done in the right way, it can be achieved.

Project Scope
Well, in this project, the main focus will be to ensure that information is kept safe and there is security to protect information and data. When it comes to information concerning customers and their data, the hospital is fully reliable for that. If any information gets out, the patient can be able to sue the hospital as they would be responsible for revealing the information. It is important to note that there are ways in which a person can be able to use the information against a person. First, the scope will be able to ensure that there are ways of curbing information and data leakage. Well, there should be additional services that can be able to seize such activities from happening again. The first activities that will be done are to create a separate warehouse where all information will be stored. This will help the backed-up information to be in two ways, one in the warehouse and the other in the cloud.
Secondly, there will be other activities that will be incorporated to ensure that the systems that are being used are connected but are independent. Most hospitals use systems that are as a whole in that when an attack occurs; it results from the whole system breaking down. It can link up every computer, and if a virus is incorporated, it can result to alit of harm rather than successful treatment and securing information. When the system for each department is independent, it will reduce the level of damage that can be caused when one system is attacked. Another activity that will take place in this project is ensuring that there will be the integration of other services and ensure that the quality of service offered is paramount. Therefore, it is important to note that there are ways in which people can be able to handle certain circumstances. Starting with the procedure they use to choose the qualified employees is very vital. The reason behind this is because the employees are the one who is responsible for storing and safeguarding information and data. No employee, that is, nurses and doctors, should be allowed to take treat people that they are directly connected to them. They should only be given time to treat people they do not have personal attachments with for a reason for safeguarding information, data and protecting patients. Moreover, other activities such as service quality should be promoted to ensure that they can be given a heads up to take part in certain activities.
The depth of this project, since it is concerned with the expansion of disaster recovery, it needs to entail more. There should be ways in which people can be able to obtain solutions in-depth and not shallow, especially since Mount Sinai hospital was established a long time ago. There is a need to ensure that various steps are taken to ensure that all information and data are retrieved and stored accordingly. The resources that are going to be used are strong internet connectivity, a building that will be set aside, and increasing service quality. Internet connectivity needs to be strong at all times. Furthermore, internet connectivity goes hand in hand with electricity. When all these are safeguarded, there is a chance for establishing a ground for patients’ feeling safe when the hospital has their information (Chassin, 2008).
Project Time Management
               When it comes to project time management process, it is good to ensure that all platform is inclusive. Budgeting for the project and time goes hand in hand. It is because labor is inclusive of every other activity that takes place at that given time. First, a plan needs to be established to help assist in ways that can help calculate the resources, labor, and finances that are going to be used. Secondly, there should be a schedule on the activities that will be done and the time duration they will be taken for each. First, there is the identification of the risks that have been mentioned in the project scope. This can take about two months since the risks and disasters are revealed.
Another step is to ensure that there are ways in which people are encouraged to participate in the planning for the recovering of the disasters. The best way of building a warehouse is to ensure that it is both physically protected and computer-wise protected. In this step, it can take time before it is completed and ready to serve Mount Sinai hospital. Another step is to ensure that there will be ways of ensuring that the resources that have been budgeted for can take the procedure for approximately the time scheduled or more. It is to ensure that during the process, there will be no shortage that will be encountered at any given time. The form that the developed schedule can then be formatted and edited if there are changes made before the implementation. There will be ways that can promote such activities to take place. Lastly, there is now the difficult part of this phase which is to control the schedule. When it comes to time management and scheduling, only experts should be encouraged to take part in such activities.

Environment Assessment

There are three types of environmental assessment; integrated environmental, environmental and environmental valuation assessment. Since this is a project, the best environmental assessment procedure to be taken is the integrative assessment. In this stage, it starts from the lowest side up to the upper side. It is very effective as it enabled materials and methods to be used to be in line with what is going to be done. Hence, there is a need to ensure that there are ways of ensuring a diverse set of assessments. It offers an effective way that can be able to inform choices and frame them. Secondly, there is the ecosystem assessment that is effective in making a step to ensure that the effects of climate change are put into consideration. This can be ensured and encouraged by making sure that they are set into practice in projects that may be affected by the climate. However, in this stage, it is not effective, and it cannot be seen to produce results as it cannot be affected by the change in the climate. Therefore, ecosystem assessment will not be useful in this project. Environmental valuation assessment is the assessment that ensures that there are monetary values that are set on goods and services, of which most of them have no observed market prices.
Well, from the three, only two can be executed in this project. The expansion of disaster recovery in this part is not affected by climate change, and therefore, it does not need to be included. However, when it comes to rain and other activities such as floods. They can be included because, at times, they are a result of activities that pertain to weather. This project is to recover the state of Mount Sinai hospital when it is affected by different disasters. When it is uncontrolled and brought by weather, then it is efficient to integrate it.
Conclusion
               Many disasters can be caused in a hospital. When the buildings are not built well, climate may affect them through floods. However, a disaster is something that causes so much harm and interrupts the normal functioning of an organization. Expansion can also take place when recovery of disaster is taking place (Muller & Kase, 2010).
