the following are connection requirements for the coffee club:
1. Reliable internet connection.
2. Analysis and data collection with the use of excel.
3. Database facilities for integrated cloud-based system.
4. Quantity of processors, computers and laptops.
5. Software data conception and organization in accordance with BI software.

ASSUMPTION

The main aim of the coffee shop is to increase its sales and improve customer satisfaction by improving its customer service. Information and raw data will be collected and assessed. After assessment of the information and data gathered, problems and opportunities will be determined then solutions will be generated, ascertained and implemented.

CONSTRAINTS

Some constraints of the company will be discussed in this report along with assumptions:
1. There is problem of time management.

2. Limited customers at a time: There is a limited number of customers that can dine in at a particular time because there are limited number of seats
3. Restricted dinner time: there is a time coffee club opens and closes though this differs, it is according to the location. For example; Coffee club Casuarina opens at 8am and closes at 5pm, Coffee club Royal Darwin opens at 06:30pm and closes at 7am while Darwin waterfront opens at 7am and closes at 3pm. There is a limitation to when customers can dine-in.
4. The problem of waste management: The problem of waste management is one of the constraints of the coffee club.
5. Limited food cook can cook at a time: A certain number of food items can be cooked by chefs at a particular time or per orders.

RECOMMENDED BI TOOLS

Intelligence is categorized under the agile system, the recommended tools are the tableau desktop and Microsoft power. Full details will be stated in this report.

1. Tableau desktop

This is a tool to be used in our project, many functions are performed on tableau desktop; they connect with different types of database together with different and ranges of options for data blending, output can be into bigger selection of charts, it does a whole lot more than charts (performs visual analytics). The user interface is easy, it uses the drag and drop buttons which allows all users to spot trends when using data. Examples of the data supported are Microsoft excel, pdf files, google analytics and the box. Design is powerful but simple which is efficient in designing, customizing, reproducing optimized dashboards and it transfers very fast. It is also mobile friendly; can be used on phone. There is no size limitation for contents, sizes to be used are determined. Data can be used offline or online; Tableau allows extraction of big data at once in an efficient manner with the combination of advanced dataset and computer charts either on mobile phone or laptops. Tableau is very secured and collaborates on trusted data which is also secured. There is option of prep for new users or for people who wants to learn how to use Tableau better which is very rare with some BI tools.

2. Microsoft power BI

This is a major BI tool which is tuned by Microsoft, Microsoft also features the Microsoft power BI in combination with Microsoft business summit. This an approach that is based on the web, very easy to download software and many analytics can run on either the cloud or through reporting a server. Reports can be created in very few minutes, data sources can be connected with sources such as the Facebook, oracle and Sybase that can later prepare data to be reported and created.
Microsoft power BI lessens costs, complications and reduces risks with the use of analytics which weighs every individual and organisations when it is needed thereby leading to risk reduction.
Also, it tends to deliver collaborating visualisations, BI abilities and proficiencies. Interface is rea and simple as it allows users to create their reports and dashboards on Microsoft BI platforms.
Data are also kept secured with end-to-end encryption, system are supervised, integration of excel, data connectors are also customed and prebuilt intuitions of data are found and shared. Power BI can be used on mobile phones and desktops which is a great advantage to coffee shop.
