PowerPoint presentation. It is a healthcare manager’s responsibility to first determine the necessary activities to achieve the organization’s goals, followed by dividing the activities on a logical basis into departments that perform the specialized functions, and finally to implement the systems necessary to coordinate and control the activities and individuals who perform the tasks. This is a challenge considering all the variables that must be considered and evaluated—the environment, technology, strategies, processes, and so on. For this PowerPoint presentation, you will:

Describe the five organizational parts of an      organization and their significance to organizational design (6 slides)
Describe each element of the structural dimension, with      examples, and how it relates to organization design (6 slides)
Discuss the relationships of the five organizational      parts of an organization to simple, machine bureaucracy, professional      bureaucracy, divisional, and adhocracy structural configurations (6      Slides)

This PowerPoint® (Microsoft Office) or Impress® (Open Office) presentation should be a minimum of 22 slides, including a title and reference slide, with detailed speaker notes on content slides and recorded audio on the introduction and conclusion slides. Use at least six scholarly sources (texts used in this course and peer-reviewed journal articles) and make certain to review the module’s Signature Assignment Rubric before starting your presentation. This presentation is worth 400 points for quality content and presentation.

Length: 22 slides; answers must thoroughly address the questions in a clear, concise manner 
Structure:  
  Title slide and reference slides in APA style. (4 slides)
  Organization design: at least 6 slides
  Structural design: at least 6 slides
  Relationships: at least 6 slides
Additionally, because a good presentation has few words on the slides include a script with the verbiage you would say when presenting; script should be a minimum of 50 words per slide.
References: Use the appropriate APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions. Include at least six scholarly sources to support your claims. Reference must be within 5 years. Quality content. Check for grammatical errors and spellings.
