Gene editing is a discovery that that is considered delicate and also powerful and it has raised a lot of controversy, speculations and also received much praise, excitement and innovation. Robots are the technology that has been embraced in most companies in the developed countries including United States replacing humans but there was a gap concerning lack of human feeling of the robots. Lack of human feeling by robots was the gap that was experienced on manufacturing where robots were used making it necessary to still have humans working in some sections supporting the work conducted by robots. The research on focusing on introducing gene editing that target on inducing human feeling to a robot is what would transform production for good. The technology of gene editing would be transformational since it would increase productivity in production. The research focuses on showcasing what a human personality gene editing done to robots would have on organizations.
Economic gene editing where robots are made to have human feelings and emotions makes it possible for robots to interact with humans and their efficiency in delivering value is experienced. The increase of effectiveness of robots in the production and manufacturing sector translates to high productivity because a robot can operate for 24 hours unlike humans that are subjected to various shifts. Conducting gene editing is an important research that will bring change to the manufacturing sector and is likely to make production faster as expected and also the volume of production increased especially when all the required machinery and technology is in place. The technology of gene editing would increase the production rate that would increase the company supply to the retailers. Robots are better than humans when it comes to productivity and the research on improving the effectiveness of robots through gene editing improves their interactions with humans and this would have the best outcome (Chiu, 2019). The implementation of gene editing to incorporate human personality would result to high unemployment rate especially for those working on manufacturing industry as casuals. The manual jobs would be lost but there are professional jobs that are enhanced.
The incorporation of human emotions and feelings to artificial intelligence robots would result to a future where 80% of process –oriented skills tasks is conducted by the robots. The tasks that require quantitative reasoning are done by 50% humans and 50% machines (Uria-Recio, 2019). Humans will still enjoy the cross functional reasoning tasks at about 80%. Basically, there are professionals that would become irrelevant and extinct where they are being taken by the modified robots but some other will also thrive. The production and manufacturing industries are impacted more than others like service industries because robots play an important role in handling complex and hard tasks and addition of gene editing about human feeling would make them work better with human interactions (Uria-Recio, 2019).

The expected financial projections for any business especially the manufacturing firms are likely to enjoy 30% improvement financially due to increased production that allows more sales due to availability. The aspect of productivity will be increased to about 40% as compared to the normal production since robots that have human feeling are more interactive with humans increasing their accuracy in delivery. Robots are known to disrupt the employment sector of the economy where about one robot is described to making three people unemployed through replacement. A huge impact is expected when the robots are modified with a human personality and may increase to four people losing jobs and being replaced by a single robot.
The human personality feeling gene editing is an important technological research and innovation that would influence the world economies differently and the young economies that might consider subscribing to the kind of technology might result to an increased unemployment rate and later poverty. The chief players in the business industry are mainly the production firms that are looking forward to have a seamless production. The investment done to the Robot technology and gene editing in Japan in 2019 alone is approximately 351 million U.S dollars. In 2019 also, China has invested 577million US dollars for the development of intelligent robots where the issue of gene editing incorporating the human personality (Williamson, 2020). According to the Chinese development plan the objective is to have an industry where only 100 robots are capable of replacing 10, 000 workers (Williamson, 2020). The approach of using robots in an economy makes it possible to minimize the production costs and this would translate to increased revenue generated and high profits. South Korea is also investing on the robot technology and has budgeted 126 million U.S dollars in 2020 and their focus is to push the use of robots in the public and private sector and there is the need for them to consider investing in gene editing to have robots that engage in human interactions.
European commission has decided to fund the robotics research and innovation and has pumped 780 million dollars for the 2020 financial year and this is an indication that the world is looking forward to see a world where robots handle multiple tasks in the industry in sectors like healthcare, manufacturing and transportation among others (Williamson, 2020). There is a gap on matters of gene editing which is also a research on its own and some few attempts have been done to animals and humans but considering the human personality in robots is an approach that would transform the world differently. The robotic companies would make more profit when the technology of gene editing is conducted and they would get customers from the global market. The economic trends that would be experienced include an increase in modification of the robot with human emotions and this would make it possible to interact with them in a day to day basis. The trend to be experienced includes the implementation of the technology into different sectors of the economy apart from the healthcare and manufacturing but also to the service industries. The increased innovation might make the robots more powerful in a manner that it might totally replace humans in the workplaces.
The government is the least in promoting the research of robots and gene editing but the private sector and non-governmental organization are leading in funding innovation that result to a periodical improvement of the implemented robots in place. STEM educational foundation is another body that funds the robotic research and innovation (Chiu, 2019). Bill Gates Foundation is funding the research on gene editing and artificial intelligence and this is an important move in making a robot with a human personality a reality. The project has indicated the technology of gene editing on robots would be of benefit to the economy and also has its challenges especially on matters of losing jobs. There is the need to embrace technology because it brings opportunities.
