Methodology on Juvenile Rehabilitation
The research will mainly develop and utilize the descriptive research design which is a major advantage because it helps in provision of the right approach in the answering of the research question. The research is a social issue and thus it will help make sure that they do collect the right responses and interactions beneficial to the interactions. The method is reliable and it is effective for use across both the qualitative and quantitative method because it helps answer the questions how, when, where, what in both the research methods.
The research will utilize the qualitative research method because it helps address the social issues and interactions in the society that do not require the approach of statistics. The issue of juvenile rehabilitation and incarceration will mainly have a better response and success of qualitative research.
The choice for the qualitative research method is mainly dependent on the fact that it helps answer a social issue. The issue of juvenile interactions is of a major advantage because it helps make sure that they have to interact and it is beneficial to the way that they interact. It is important to understand that the descriptive research design functions under the method which is vital for interactions that is beneficial to the way that they have to utilize the various research methods. The research design depicts the research methods to be used and determine the methods in relation to the research question.
The research questions, research design and methodology have to be aligned in the sense that they create a flow of the research. It is easier for the research question to come up with the right interaction which is beneficial to the way that they do establish a right plan to the way that they do function.
The research will mainly focus on the population of the African Americans specifically from the juvenile system. The research will mainly benefit from observational data which is sufficient in collecting data through observation of activity and behaviors. The type of data is also sufficient through surveys and observation to help come up with a vast array of data which is sufficient to the discussions in the research.
The research will mainly use the simple random sampling and cluster because they are essential in increasing the equality of the chances of selecting. The cluster sampling mainly involves dividing the groups in the population but they all should have distinct traits and interactions within the group but distinct from the general population. The research will mainly incorporate interviews, questionnaires, observations, focus groups among others which is beneficial to interactions. The research methods are all interactive and beneficial to the data collection that makes it efficient in the data collection vital for the research.
Reliability and validity might be an issue because the method and design do not involve any mathematical and experimental proof which is entirely challenging. It is also important to understand that the descriptive research design is not conclusive because it highly depends on assumptions and data that is current and thus when the time passes the information might be obsolete or non-conclusive making the entire research impractical. The methods also demand for a proper clarity regarding ethical issues because they do involve interactions with people while collecting data thus it is important to make sure that it is the right strategy functioning to benefit the research and the quality of information in the research.
The research can help manage issues of reliability and validity by combination of the different research methods to help make sure that it is conclusive and interactive. It is important to come up with methods such as experimentation and proper computer analysis to help with the information and breaking it, which is vital for the way that they have to interact. Validity will demand for the additional information whereby they have to increase their interactions and efficiency especially when dealing with figures and numbers that require accuracy. For instance, the African Americans being affected in the case will mainly be inclusive of the teenagers and the research should specify the number, population and interactions. It is important to also formulate guidelines to govern the research that mainly focus on the ethical standards and make sure that the interactions and data collection all respect and stick to the standards in place to guarantee efficiency and a proper plan of interaction.
The research will mainly incorporate the MANOVA and MANCOVA analysis which mainly involve the aspect of independent invariable and breaking it down into various factors. It will be easier to establish the issues behind African Americans and juvenile records which is vital for the entire performance and information for the collection of data vital for the entire communication and interaction. It is important to acknowledge that the incorporation pf the method utilizes the SPSS that is important in breaking down the information and then planning it on tables that makes it easier to read and analyze which is efficient for productivity.
