1. A jury found O.J. Simpson not guilty of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman, yet a civil jury found him liable for the victims’ wrongful deaths and entered a large monetary verdict against him. 2. During the course of a bank robbery, a security guard is killed by one of the robbers. If the robbery takes place in a jurisdiction that recognizes the felony murder doctrine, will the get-away car driver be accountable for the homicide?
