Leadership is a very important structure and figure in today living. The leaders are in charge of the people working under them. In business organizations, it is the leadership that determines how the organizations reputation will be. It is therefore important for the leaders to have a good model of their leadership skills. The leaders should portray the characters of the people under them. According to…… the leaders are the image of the nation, organization and any other structure that needs leadership. Leadership exists from the highest figure, the globe up to the smallest figure, family. Being a good leader is so important at all times.
Becoming a good leader requires one to improve on the personal values. These values are determined by four main levels. These levels are the individual, interpersonal, organizational and societal values. The following are some of the values I would consider to become an excellent leader. For the individual level, I would choose being responsible. In the individual level, one looks at being a good leader over his own life. It is everybody’s desire to be successful in life. Therefore, being responsible in my life will obviously help me be dependent and reliable over my own life.
According to (Haque et al. 2019) A responsible person does not need to rely on other people. Being responsible will mean that am in control over my life. Being in control over your own life is the most important thing. You will be able to impact your life positively as you will always do the things that will contribute to your success. Being responsible will make me feel good about myself. I will be able to determine how best I can handle my life and as well be successful.

According to (Davidson & Butcher, 2017) Being a leader, requires a person to learn how best to relate with other people. As a leader, I would choose to be ambitious. The interpersonal level looks at the relationship with other people. As a leader I would be so hardworking and very aspiring to other people. It is everybody’s wish to be successful. A hardworking man is always assured of being successful. The everybody’s aim in the world is to be successful and run his life as he wishes.
The main purpose as to why I would choose to be hardworking and aspiring is because, when I am successful, people will want to know what it is I did. They will therefore follow the suit. They will also be hardworking. I will aspire and encourage them and make sure they do not give up in their goals. Seeing other people prosper and feel happy about their achievement would make me happy. Being hardworking will see that every person has a source of income in which they are able to provide for their basic needs. This will then contribute to the people having and leading a good life. Free from poverty.
Working with people in the organization is very sensitive. A good leader will encourage the workers and see that the organization meets its goal. Therefore, to relate with the workmates well one needs to be loyal. I would choose to be faithful to them. In working organizations, it is important to have a leadership figure that is faithful. The organizational staff will always be the people who will contribute to the success of the organization. It is good to let the workmates know when they have done well for the organization and also when they have done wrong. Showing them what they did wrong will make them perfect on that particular field, they will improve on their mistake and make it a success. Sharing with them all the success will make them feel happy. Each member will be proud of themselves. They will continue doing the right things in order to make the organization meet its goal.

The main reason as to why I would opt to be loyal is because, each member in the organization will know what they have done that needs to be changed and also the good things they have done that they need to continue doing and even try to improve on them. According to (Sun & Henderson, 2017) Hiding information from the workmates may make them feel as if they are only there to contribute to the success of the organization and that what they do is not really important to the leader. Being loyal to them would enhance the work capacity in the organization. The organization will obviously meet its goal.
Working with the people in the society is very important. The society is the pillar of each persons living and personal behavior. Therefore, the need to always interact with the society people in a good way is very important. Relating with the people in the society level is determined by many factors. One of the most important factors I would consider would be protecting them. Giving them security. Insecurity is the main cause of people losing their properties and creating an area of law offenders in the society. Improving the security will make sure that all the law offenders and peace distractors have been punished and sent away from the society. The society will be secured and peaceful.
The purpose of creating a secured society is because, people lose what they have worked for to the people who are lazy and do not work. According to (Karim et al. 2020) Improving the security will protect the people and their property as well. Each person will be at peace consuming what they have worked for in their lives. This will make sure that each person only consumes what they have worked for and no one will touch each other persons property. When people are in peace, the society will be peaceful too. No person will need to worry over their own safety and their properties safety as well.
