Discuss the merits of each of the approaches taken by the manager upon realizing that his employee was underperforming.
What might the implications of adopting the former approach be for this employee’s performance? Please explain.
What might the implications of adopting the latter approach be for this employee’s performance? Please explain.
What are the basic principles of Total Quality Management (TQM)? Which TQM principles seem most relevant to the scenario shown in the video clip? Why?
