The aim of this report is to define what C-LAB’s client, Car Next Door, requires from their business consulting project and present the research of the market industry to gain insights into improvements to their current business model. Car Next Door wants to promote their niche paradigm by changing the perception of their audience, from something of necessity to becoming an improved user experience. The economic impact of the global pandemic, COVID-19, has provided an opportunity to expand the firm’s target market while domestic rates of travel increase. As a relatively young company competing with the likes of GoGet Car Share, Flexi Car, Easycar.com and Green Share, the company must differentiate itself to gain a competitive advantage within the industry.
Task:
