CETAT provides technical assistance to organizations by helping them setup and configure cost effective computer labs and technologies. We assist in the acquisition, configuration of hardware and networks as well as the installation and training of open source and commercial software.Information Technology Training
CETAT delivers state of the art training for business on multimedia and emerging technologies. We provide in-depth training on the Microsoft Office Suite, Web Design, Security, PC Assembly, Cloud Computing and Multimedia applications.Advocacy
CETAT believes that technology can be used as a catalyst for social change. Through the development of electronic bulletin boards, meet-ups and online communication forums, CETAT will use technology to raise awareness on issues, shape attitudes and recruit people to impact social change.You are charged with developing a cloud-based network that has two areas of focus: students and staff. The student area allows access to computerapplication training for students. A list of the applications used by the students and the staff will be provided during the fact finding.The administrative staff includes the following positions: IT Director and Human Resources Director. Each of the above staff members has an administrative assistant.All administrative assistants:
• should have space on the network for their own files (full access)
• should be able to access the group folder in their departmentAll directors should have

• should have full rights to their own group folderThe IT Director should be able to access all files on the networkThe organization can support training for 20 students. Each student and staff member have a laptop computer and high-speed internet access.The following are considerations for completing the project:
• Client wants to have little infrastructure cost
• Directors can access the network anytime, and administrative assistants can access the networks from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to create profiles for different user types to include but not limited to:
o Student user, directors and assistants
• The student training is provided Monday – Friday from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EST)Evaluation:
Projects will be scored based upon:
• your response to this RFP (requirements attached) – 40%
• effectiveness of presentation, – 15%
• degree in which prototype addresses the problem – 35%
