One of the reasons due to which renewable energy should be adopted by society is to reduce the consumption of nonrenewable energy sources and to ensure that these sources do not end up becoming extinct. This will even help in ensuring that future generations have access to energy sources other than fossil fuels and can continue to benefit from these sources.
