For the initial stage of the projec you are required to evaluate the client brief and undertake a preliminary data analysis in order to define the problem.

In alignment with the problem-solving cycle, you have been asked to evaluate the client brief, conduct some preliminary research and provide a data analysis to help define the scope of the problem.

Evaluate the Client brief provided. Summarise your evaluation in paragraph form in your report.  As a minimum discuss the following:

Identify the core underlying problem which the possible solutions must address.
