The rating system used in the new safety data sheets (SDSs) for fire hazards (and health and reactivity) is directly opposite of the rating system for the NFPA and Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS) labels that are commonly used at many occupational facilities. At my workplace, this training is given during IndoctrinationTraining and during Annual Recurrent Training. Part of this training that is given, requires the employee to check what that has learned through a test that is given at the end of the training event.
