Here are list of paraphilic disorders includes eight conditions:
Exhibitionistic disorder, fetishistic disorder, frotteuristic disorder, pedophilic disorder, sexual masochism disorder, sexual sadism disorder, transvestic disorder, and voyeuristic disorder. The most common are pedophilia (sexual focus on children), exhibitionism (exposure of genitals to strangers), voyeurism (observing private activities of unaware victims) and frotteurism (touching or rubbing against a nonconsenting person).

What is the most difficult personality disorder?
Why Borderline Personality Disorder is Considered the Most “Difficult” to Treat. Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is defined by the National Institute of Health (NIH) as a serious mental disorder marked by a pattern of ongoing instability in moods, behavior, self-image, and functioning.

This week, we are focusing on personality disorders and paraphilic disorders. Many of our patients present with these disorders and it is the process of trust and behavior that will uncover some of them to us. Not everyone who does SIB has Borderline Personality Disorder, just like not everyone who is convicted of a crime has Antisocial Personality Disorder. Some of your patients will not feel comfortable with you enough to talk about Paraphilic symptoms and disorders until they establish a relationship with you.
