Accurate identification of the most profitable price point – 5 points

Accurate identification of the price point that maximizes dollar sales to retail – 5 points

Accurate identification of the price point that maximizes unit sales – 5 points

to receive full credit this must be accurate to the penny

Explanation of channel trends as a result of each price point (5 points each = 15 points)

Channel trends MUST be provided as explained in class (see video for additional explanation)

Giving your recommendation and providing a sound and thoughtful strategy for the reco – 10 points
Style and presentation (you are giving this report to your CMO) – 5 points

Papers turned in with Name/date/assignment name at top (or anything that resembles an assignment instead of a professional document) will receive zero style points
Write the paper as if it were being presented to your CMO – meaning make sure to “setup” the scenario instead of just jumping straight into the prices
Make it visually appealing – separate/indent paragraphs, use headers, bold and italicize words/numbers you want to draw the eye to, etc.
The ultimate goal with style is to make it EASY TO READ by your very busy CMO who doesn’t want to struggle with reading your report
