Beneficence: Seek the patient’s best interest and assess what counts as goods to be pursue
Efficiency: with regards to lack of supplies

Political, legal, and ethics all work together and are intertwined. They work together and effect one another, if a health law or policy change then it will cause the other to change.
Healthcare Administrators must lead by example and therefore are the policy maker and must change and enforce the policies they create with evidence based support. Deriving from ones own ethical and moral truths
The Hospital Administrator has the duty to hold these political, ethical and legal principles on a day to day while maintaining the healthcare organizations mission and vision.
Having the upmost goal keeping everyone safe and protecting everyone’s legal rights.
Providing high quality patient safety and care.

Healthcare Administrator Duties and Responsibility
Managing staff within a facility or department
Duty and responsibility to go over each units patient census in the organization and then make sure that each unit in the organization is adequately staff to ensure patient safety. If the hospital is short it is there job to find staffing / nurses and or authorize overtime
Managing the client care/patient care experience
Hospital Administrator have to go to disgruntle family members about their care. The hospital admins responsibility is to figure out what is causing the patient to be upset and what are the ways to fix it whether it be getting in contact with the doctor. Changing the nurse, explaining visitation policy etc..
Ensuring an organization’s compliance with medical and legal regulations and internal policies
Making sure each unit is compliance with HIPPA and all other policies to protect the organization and its patients
Creation of an emergency plan for adverse events and unforeseen circumstances
Hospital Administration must have emergency teams in place in case of hurricanes, ice storms, or other emergencies that may cause a city to shut down. They create Emergency teams A and B that respond to national disaster and prepare to stay until they can be relieved from the other team. They Must store adequate supplies for the hospital in case of unforeseen shortages. All with the goal to deliver high quality patient care.

Effective communication of new policies and procedures to staff, caregivers, and providers
Managing health informatics, including recordkeeping
Overseeing the financial health of the department or organization
Maintain organization budget
Management of outsourced business services and communication with third parties or service providers
Design and maintenance of a compliance program to ensure that facilities maintain proper accreditation
