Reflection Essay and Managerial Toolkit

Be sure to follow every step correctly. I am also attaching a copy of week 5 paper which may help with this assignment.
Below are the instructions for a 2 part assignment. For part one I have provided the answers to the questions however, they do need more details such as background information for each part. Part one is the essay and needs to be 2 pages long. Part 2 is the toolkit portion the link to access the needed information is attached below. Part 2 needed to be 5 pages long need a minimum of 4 references with in-text ciations.
 Part 1: Your Career in Three to Five Years:   
Your Desired Future Role/Job: Laboratory Manager   
Your Desired Healthcare Setting: Laboratory Services
Achieve: Share why you hope to achieve this role (Why did you select this role?) To continue to climb the corporate ladder.
Selection: Share why you want to work in your selected healthcare setting (Why did you select this healthcare setting?) I have been working in healthcare for over 14 years and I have been in laboratory services for over 10 years. This is where all of my experiences are at.
Requirements: Discuss if there will be any additional requirements that you will need to complete prior to seeking this role and your timeline for completing these requirements. (Are there educational, licensure, or experience requirements that must be completed prior to achieving this role?) Yes, I will need to have a bachelor’s degree which I am currently in the process of getting.
Professional Style: Share how your selected management type, philosophy or theory from the Week 1 information can be applied to your desired future role and healthcare setting and share a leadership style, theory, or model that you plan to embrace from the Week 5 information to your desired future role and healthcare setting. (The management and leadership styles, philosophies, theories can be different from the ones you discussed during the class, as this information should reflect your professional approach for your future career.) 
  Peter Drucker’s theory showed managers how strategizing is more beneficial than supervising and this has been working for many years. The leadership style that I plan to embrace is theory “z”.

I hope to be a successful manager that can grow into other leadership roles while also encouraging my team to grow as well.

During this course, you learned about the various functions of management with different tools, resources, publications, and materials being presented. This assignment will require you to apply your selected future role within your desired future healthcare setting to discuss the following information that is listed below. Based on your research, and using the information from the course’s “Your Managerial Toolkit: A Must-Have for Healthcare Leaders,” sufficiently respond to the following items for each weekly category below: 

 
1. The function of Planning: Identify at least one managerial tool from the Toolkit module for week 2, include the following information:
