This assignment is a group submission. You will be required to work in groups of four for this assessment task. If you are having trouble forming a group, use the discussion board on MyLO.

1. You will write a report that presents all the following information.
2. Different members of your team will have different strengths and weaknesses. Before you start the task, you must negotiate the roles that you will play in your team and commit to what you will contribute to the assignment. Each team member’s commitments must be recorded in the appendix at the end of your report. Do this first.
3. In this assessment task your group will review the unit case study (Stock Not Obsess Boutique) and identify the unit case study’s original problem.
4. State the case study’s original problem.
5. Consider this problem using a design thinking process. Document the outputs of each phase in the design thinking process.
6. The end point of your design thinking process should be a project description that will solve the problem that you have stated.
7. Create a Project Initiation Document (PID) that is designed specifically to address the project created by your design thinking process. Your PID will be influenced by your previous PID because it is the same organisation, however the project will be different and that will change the requirements and justifications. You can re-use material from previous assignments and workshops.
8. Remember, that it is your justification for the decisions that you have made that is the most important, so justify everything that you do.
9. After you have completed your report, each team member needs to comment on how they achieved or did not achieve their commitments from Step 2. These comments will form part of the same appendix from Step 2.
