The Author in Chapter ten explains the various aspects of victimology and victimization of the rape victims. Rape victims, especially boys or men, find I difficult in litigation, and the defendants try to conceal and justify their actions through victimizations of the victims. The increased rape cases in society are warranted by aspects of the position, dressing, and state. Any other element that shows that the victim was willing even if they had not given consent, the issue of consent brought about by the defendant’s attorneys, and the aspects of victimization in many cases of rape lies on men. Men may be afraid to lodge rape cases and assault women for fear of victimization since the traditional notions are that men are the perpetrators of these kinds of crimes.
