Writing project for Asian film.

Hello. I am looking for an expert who knows about film culture, and well known in Asian film. The report doesn’t have to be formed as essay, but there are some several requirements for the project. The requirements are; -Suggested examples include but are not limited to: Mainland China’s film industry, other film cultures within India, Japanese anime, Central Asian co-productions, Tartan Asia Extreme, International film festivals, Philippine cinema, intermediality in Asian film, streaming services in Asia. -To create 4-6 page report about an Asian Film culture. -The report should be divided into the following sections; Rationale and background: Explain why it is a film culture, and give some background information about it. Media flow: Explain and discuss the significance of the flows into/out of this film culture. Representations: Discuss common representations within this film culture. Implications for soft power: How well has this film culture been used to create soft power? Conclusion: Recap and offer a final thought. And the references should be mentioned that were used. Also, should clearly cite any images that were used. I will upload some of examples for the project. It would be best for me to follow the form of an example.
