An On Leather company seeks international market research and analysis on the business opportunities to break into the U.S. market. Currently the business has experience of work on the West Coast, however, they are seeking to identify potential competitors in New England region to know the market and be able to sell their products to local businesses. This is a BTB project, that requires to analyze potential customers and find the way to sell products. We need to find out if there are any potential competitors in New England, so Carve On will be able to expand their business knowing their possibilities, and milestones they can face. This project includes scope statement, business case and risk management. Scope statement will demonstrate the importance of managing and leading the project within projects goal of completing the project on time. Business case will include the key stakeholders, key of success and SWOT analysis; those parts will demonstrate essential factors of breaking into U.S. marketing in New England areas. Risk assessment of might occur during the processing and how to solve or mitigate the risks possibility. This project will be managed by Huiting Sun and Jian Sun with guidance from the project sponsor – Alan McCormack. It is anticipated to take less than 6 months.
